Whether you are looking for a personal trainer in Southend for a specific event or just want to improve your fitness, I can help. The Personal Training service includes tailor made exercise sessions, a training program, nutrition plan, private Facebook support groups and online support. 

One to one personal training and group personal training sessions are held at Elite Fitness Gym, in Rochford, Southend.

Hybrid is tailored coaching plan written by me, finely tuned to your goals using the Train Heroic app. All your workouts are accessible from your mobile, meaning you always have guidance through each step of your workout whether in the gym or training at home. You can log your workouts and also contact me through the app if you need help. Train Heroic also offers featured sessions and programs you can access for free as part of your plan.

At the start of the plan and each month you will have a personal training session with me at the gym to look at your targets and set you new goals. We'll also look at your form and how we can make improvements for you to get the best out of your sessions.

FAQ's

How many sessions will I need?

I would advise a minimum of 12 sessions over a period of three months if you’re training once per week. If you're training two to three times per week it may take less time to achieve your goal.

How often do I need to train with you to see results?

A minimum of one personal training session per week. I would then recommend an extra one to two workouts completed independently or with myself.

What should I be eating?

As part of your one to one personal training package your calorie intake will be calculated based on your height, age, weight, gender and activity level. We can then use this to recommend a nutrition plan for you that will include protein carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, water, and fibre intake. This can then be used to design your meal plan. 

How does Online Personal Training differ from One to One PT?

Online programmes are great for people who lead busy lifestyles, have changeable working hours or travel frequently, as an online programme can be completed at times convenient to you and wherever you are in the world. All your programmes are ready for you to access and download at the touch of a button using our personalised App.
