I first came to Matt in order to help with a few stubborn problem areas. Since training with him I have grown more confident due to his constant motivation. He has made me see that I can achieve anything I put my mind to and therefore my goals are forever evolving. I am now nearly 7 months down the line and can’t imagine not having my routine. My body, mind and lifestyle have all been altered for the better and for the long term. Cannot recommend enough!!

guidance and a plan for a charity boxing match I had coming up, to try and get me in the best shape possible. Not only did it help with my weight, but it improved my fitness, focus and tiredness.
