Hi, I'm Matt. My fascination with health and fitness began watching Arnold Schwarzenegger films from the 90s. My Dad gave me an old pair of sand filled plastic dumbbells; From my first bicep curl I was hooked.
My love of fitness lead to me studying sport rehabilitation and exercise science at the university of Hull where I worked with professional football and rugby teams as a physio, strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist.
After 15 years in the industry I now help my clients with a variety of goals including losing fat, increasing flexibility, learning gymnastics, losing weight, running marathons, building muscle, completing triathlons, competing in karate, reducing lower back pain, decreasing body weight, increasing strength, lowering their heart rate, preventing injuries and completing obstacle course races and 10k's.
