I first realised my fascination with health and fitness binge-watching Arnold Schwarzenegger films in the early 2000’s, and it lead me to learn how to start exercising. I picked up my Dad's Flash Gold 4kg (the ones filled with sand) and began to bicep curl on one arm. From the moment I noticed my first visible amount of muscle, it sparked a life long obsession with wellness and exercise.

My love of fitness led me to studying Sport Exercise Science at Seevic college. It was here I was first introduced to Anatomy, Nutrition and Sports Massage, and I went on to study Sports Rehab and Exercise Science at the University of Hull, working alongside my degree with professional sport teams as a Physio, O+C Coach and Sports Scientist, notably for Hull Rugby Club.

After 13 years in the industry, I now work with triathletes, marathon runners, cyclists, rugby players, footballers and body builders; I also work with people young and old, who are just trying to lose fat, gain strength, increase muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness or flexibility or strength when recovering from an injury.

I'm passionate about sport and fitness out of work too, most weekends you will find me playing Rugby, Mountain Biking and competing in Nuclear Races.

If you think you would benefit from Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Nutrition advice or Personal Training, please do get in touch. I look forward to working with you.
